Attorneys for Chapman say that they've been granted an injunction by Mexican authorities while they investigate the criminal charges against their client. Chapman, who is the star of the popular Hawaii-based A&E show "Dog The Bounty Hunter," was arrested last month along with two of his co-stars after his capture of fugitive convicted rapist Andrew Luster, the Max Factor heir, on June 18, 2003, in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. They face charges of illegal detention and conspiracy. Chapman is still hoping to get a dismissal of the extradition proceedings against him.
